depth of the floor plate by
regulating how far most workers can be from a window (7.5m approx.) - Healthy concept of giving workers control over their individual work environments: privacy, light, and atmospheric conditions - This control and its effectiveness must be incorporated into the office culture so that energy is not wasted through improper use - Many new German office buildings contain assemblies of one or two- person cells, each with openable windows and control over temperature and ventilation - A graywater system routes rainwater to sodded roofs over the Debis building's low-rise section with the excess filling the pond that surrounds the building |
